Case•it feels so strongly about its products that we proudly stand behind the quality of everything we manufacture and sell.
If you’re unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, Case•it will take back that item and refund you the original purchase price (minus shipping), no questions asked. Simply return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund to your original method of payment
Whether you are returning a gift or purchase, please fill out the below form with the required information and SUBMIT. Complete the form in its entirety and include it with the items to be returned. If you are returning a gift, you may exchange the item for another product or we will credit the original purchaser’s credit card unless otherwise instructed by you.
If you are returning a gift, you may exchange the item for another product or we can issue you a credit towards a future purchase from our website. Please email [email protected] to process your exchange.
NOTE: We can only process returns for items purchased from Case•it.com. Original purchase receipt required.
We suggest you send all returns by FedEx or other shippers who can track your package. If you use regular mail we advise you to insure the shipment.
CASE•it Warranty:
Case•it knows that our customers depend on our binders every day, throughout the year. As such, our warranty extends beyond our usual 30-day return policy; all our products are guaranteed to last through the school year or for 10 months, whichever comes first.
If any of Case•it products should malfunction or break at no fault of the handler, we will replace that item. Please know coming soon is our chart on Taking Care of Your Case•it Binder for advice on proper maintenance and care of your Case•it product.
Note: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, neglect, heat, humidity, maintenance, or modification of the product. If it is determined that the problem is a result of any of the above, the warranty will become null and void.
If the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will exchange the item at no cost to you.

- Proof of purchase
- Item stock # and color
- Image of white tag with UPC (usually located inside)
- Image of the damaged part.
- Replacement ship to address.
